Crash

The Live Support operator crashes when trying to chat. I log on and when say ready, I create a test chat from the website. But every time it crashes and give me a windows error saying it has received an error and is shutting down. Any help?

Are you able to catch the error message or screenshot?

Well it seems that it is kind of temperamental. It seems to be working fine now but if the error message does appear ill post it.

A client of ours is experiencing the exact same problem/error.

The application (Live Support Operator) shuts down unexpectedly when an operator accepts a support-chat from a user.

Screenshot is attached. (Norwegian error)

Eventlog:

EventType clr20r3, P1 livesupport.exe, P2 1.0.0.0, P3 452411c3, P4 system, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 461ef191, P7 1f2f, P8 1bd, P9 system.net.webexception, P10 NIL

Hanging application IEXPLORE.EXE, version 6.0.2900.2180, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000

They are using version 1.0.0.0

Can you upgrade to version 5.0 and use the latest operator client?

If not, can you let this user try the following operator client?

Thank you for your quick reply. I will tell the user to try to use the version 3.0 of the operator client. If it it doesn't work, I will go about upgrading the version 5.0.
