i am not able to disable popup after

disabledoubleclick = true;

Yes. This setting can be changed at:

CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Scripts\Constant.js

yes, i apply this setting at :

CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Scripts\Constant.js

but it is not working.

Step 1:

//By default, when users double click a control, a tag property dialog will open. Set it to true if you want to disable this feature.
editorconstant.DisableDoubleClickEvent = true;

Step 2:

Clear your browser cache then try again.
