Installation onto a Server

I'm a bit lost. I had assumed I could install the application directly onto a server - say via - ftp or something ?

How is this done ? When I install the app - it assumes I am physically sitting in front of the server...

Pierre,

The CuteChat configure will help me copy the files to the remote server using the FTP.

You can also copy the files to the remote server by yourself.
