Urent -- need license for IP address

I paid (twice actually) for the excellent CuteSoft.net license.  The first time, I supplied the incorrect IP address.  The second time I paid, I never received the license file.

It's Saturday morning and my site (with 75,000 registered users) is failing on the production environment.  Can someone please send me either a temporary license extension (immediately!) or the paid-for-license file for the IP 192.168.1.114?

Re: Urent -- need license for IP address

    Thanks Adam, much appreciated.

But here it is Monday Feb-04, three days after the email to sales to ask again for the license that I paid for (2 months ago).

I love your product and am very impressed with its feature-set, stability and documentation... but what the heck is going on with the distribution of licenses?  Come one, it's not that hard... please just send me the proper license file.

Re: Urent -- need license for IP address

Yes, as the thread I've emailed back to you a few times (from different accounts) shows, I'm able to receive email; I received the initial IP purchase within 4 days or so of purchase.  I paid for the internal IP address, and Karen emailed me a note saying the license was attached, but there were no attachments.  I've now sent about 10 emails since that time from various accounts to karen and also to sales (copying you) indicating that I never recieved an attachment.  That was about two months ago.  And four days ago.  And yesterday (twice).

    Still waiting...

Aha, just checked again and it got stuck on our email server on Feb-01.
Very sorry for the confusion on this latest round; Karen did indeed email it on Feb-01.  ID-10T error on my end, though I must admit the intervening time was quite long between Dec and Feb.  Thanks much; case finally resolved.

Again, the product, documentation, and stability itself is terrific and I'd recommend it highly...  there was clearly a mixup on my end over the past 4 days.  Thanks
