Our company just purchased the Live product and have already installed it. For the most part, it works perfect. The admin that controls the look of the skin and other configurations, like the types of files that can be sent while in live support, cannot be maintained via the admin that is bundled with the application as it is for Cute Chat. How, where can these functions be controlled? This product is supposed to require little coding yet I believe it will require a fair amount as the admin is nonexistent if I am correct. True?
