Is there possibly a memory leak in Cute Chat?

I just installed Cute Chat on my DNN 4.5.5. site. On days of heavy chat activity the site is locking up. On days of low activity such as the weekend, we seem to be fine. On the few times that the Hosting company did not have to reset the site, I noticed that each of the individuals chatting logged a General Exception error in the Event Viewer at the time of the lock up. Those times that the Hosting company had to reset the site, the Event Viewer information was lost. The Hosting company has said that the site is filling up the application pool. They have even put the site into an isolated pool. I am not currently able to trap much more information then that. There's not much to the site other than the DNN CMS, Cute Chat, and one other third party Forum Module. There's never been any indication that the Forum Module is related. Any help you can give me would be great.
