Re: Could not load file or assembly 'CuteEditor' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

If you do have Anti-Virus or Indexing service running in the background, you may try excluding the "Temporary ASP.NET Files" folder from the service and see if it works.

    Adam,

Have you tried excluding the "Temporary ASP.NET Files"?

Acutally, The index services was not even running, but I did exlude it anyways.

But it did not help my situations.  Also I have other references that seem ot be loading just fine.

Any other suggestions would be grealty appreciated

Re: Could not load file or assembly 'CuteEditor' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

    1. Delete C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files

    2. In solution explorer, right-click, choose the properties. in common properties tab, choose references path. And delete all paths.
