Strange characters in Find and Replace PopUp

Strange characters are displaying in the Find and Replace popup. It works fine in IIS 5.0. when code moved to IIS 6.0 ,strange characters are displaying in the Find and Replace popup

Option 1:

Upgrade to version 6.

Option 2:

Open find.aspx and remove the tiltle of the page.
