The "Question:" field on the Customers tab

In order for someone to request a chat they must enter text in the box that reads "Question" and then hit the "Request Chat" button. That SHOULD popluate the "Question:" field on the chat application on the "Customers" tab. However, it's not populating when I do it. HOWEVER, if I close the chat box and do that process over again, the question IS appearing in the chat application.

Is this a bug?

I could supply a screenshot and email to someone if I'm not being clear.

It's strange. We use Cute Live Support everyday. We never have problems with the Question field.

Does other feature work for you? Can you reinstall the application?

Does other feature work for you? Can you reinstall the application?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and it's just not working correctly. Is there any way to contact someone in tech support there to help with this problem? Because we're in QA with this application right now and frankly, we're just completely stuck as we've made no changes. It simply isn't working. The odd part is that it's just the first question that the "chatter" asks. If they close the window and do it again, it works fine.
