Is there a way to disable the Normal-HTML-Preview footer button functions or hide them.
I do not want the end user to have access to this ability.

Also, for future forum readers there is also a ShowHtmlMode and ShowPreviewMode which will just hide the HTML & Preview buttons from the footer.
