Hi,

Using your example below with the latest Chrome causes a "Uncaught Error: HIERARCHY_REQUEST_ERR: DOM Exception 3" exception.

You have to click the "Pick a file" twice for it to popup. Although on our site we use the option "UseStandardDialog=True" which causes the same error below but does not popup no matter how many times you click the button.

This bug seems isolated to Chrome (Webkit). Please can you investigate and advise on fix.

event.layerX and event.layerY are broken and deprecated in WebKit. They will be removed from the engine in the near future.
