The license only exists in one location. I'm not sure what else I can do but I've made some progress. I've realized if it can't find the license file the exception is:

 "Exception Details: System.ComponentModel.LicenseException: A valid license cannot be granted for the type DotNetGallery.Gallery. Contact the manufacturer of the component for more information."

I'm receiving:

"The License for Gallery is not valid."

Which makes me think the license is not valid. I'm not sure what else the problem could be.

I'm stumped and out of ideas.
