Design view and source view do not match

Steps to reproduce:

Go to: http://cutesoft.net/forums/62/ShowForum.aspx
Click on "Write a new post"
Type a sentence while in "design view":
Click on the "Source view" in the lower left corner of the editor:
Notice the content is blank:
