1. Yes, we provide pdf invoice upon request. Your order info will also be marked into the license file as watermark and whenever we read the file, we can tell right away who and when this license was purchased.

 

2. Yes our license allows customization and rebranding, ie add/remove adds, change of images, create/modify language files. As long as we are not required to perform the customization for you, rebranding is free of charge.

 

3. Minor version upgrades are free of charge. We release 1 major every 2-3 years. The current v5 was release last year. We don't have a plan for major upgrade for 2011 yet. Things are still floating in the air and dust will settle towards mid-2011. Major version upgrade cost for Redistribution license is definitely much less than buying a new license. For example v1-v4 license owners upgrade to v5 is $1299 vs buying new $1999. There is NO obligation to upgrade though. Your official license file sure works permanetly forever.
