Hi there-
We've just finished integrating Version 5.0 into our site but I've noticed that Firefox 3.5 users are having problems with:
- Displaying online users
- Receiving messages
- Sending messages
If you open up Firefox's Error Console, the error "no element found" caused by CuteChat/ChatAjax.ashx is shown. I did a quick google and came up with this result:

Any ideas on how to fix this one?
