    So, is this a known issue?  Is there something that we can do on this end to correct this problem until you issue out a new release?  Given that there is no way to talk to the caller via Live Chat unless I disconnect from the system, it essentially makes this system unuseable, and could potentially lose out on an opportunity. Waiting for a release to correct this problem is not desirable.
