is there a quick and easy way to link to another article in my joomla site from cuteEditor PHP?

 

is there a button that will give me a dropdown of article?

is there a way to add the code index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id= so that I can just add the article ID?

is there a way to include this code as a snipit in the code snipit or links dropdown on toolbar?
