I've uploaded the Cute Editor files to the live server in exactly the same configuration as my test environment, however all of the dialog boxes (image, gallery, flash etc) popup but with completely blank pages...

 

The address in the dialog appears to be valid (e.g. the Setting string is coming through), and all of the permissions on the folders are set correctly.  I've even tried swapping the Response.Cookie to Session in case is was the "forbidden" problem but still no joy and have run out of ideas.

 

Any ideas why this is happening?
