MAC/Safari - table functions do not work when focused cell has content

    MAC/Safari - table functions do not work when focused cell has content

    On a MAC OS Leopard/Safari 3.1.2, the CuteEditor v6.2 table functions listed below do not work if there is content within the particular table cell that has focus.  I have tried this on the Cute Editor Demo site and they work fine if I remove the content of the focused cell which is not very desirable. They all worked fine using Firefox on the MAC.  Any help would be appreciated.
    1. Insert Row Above Insert Row Below
    2. Delete Rows
    3. Insert Column Left
    4. Insert Column Right
    5. Delete Columns
    6. Insert Cells
    7. Delete Cells
    8. Row Properties
    9. Cell Properties
    10. Merge Cells Right
    11. Merge Cells Down
    12. Split Cells Right
    13. Split Cells Down
    14. Row Properties
    15. Cell Properties
