That is obviously correct, you would indeed not have this problem without the Skype toolbar installed.

 

1) Apart from uninstall/remove the skype toolbar can this be disabled/prevented?

2) Have any of your customers has this issue before

Has anyone encountered this? and has anyone found a way of preventing the skype toolbar changing the contents of the editor.

 

In any case this is a known issue for customers using the editor, and the only current work-around I know is to remove the Skype toolbar.
