Because the site is not live yet, the domain name has not been delegated and to view the site under development it is being passed thru some sort of site preview redirection that must be breaking something. So to view the site through the preview throws the error : http://202.60.89.116/$sitepreview/marshallart.com.au/vb/default.aspx

 

As I cannot delegate the correct domain name yet, I pointed a spare domian name at the site and the control works : http://www.killian.com.au/vb/default.aspx
