When I use the Insert Image icon on both Safari 1.2.X and 2.0 the Insert Image option doesn't work.  I can bring up the dialog box and select the image but when I click the insert button it does not insert the image.

 

The other icon which is the "Image Gallery" icon does seem to work.

 

Any idea?  My CuteEditor.dll file (.net 2.0 version) is dated 6/27/2007.
