Thanks Adam but it only displayed the toolbar. However this code seems to be for just embedding the chat window. What I need to do is embed CuteSoft Live Support in a web page. So I need to have the 'chat now' button, the initial request screen and the chat window (which are both currently displayed in a pop-up window) all embedded into the web page. Is this possible?
