I have 2 issues with the Document Upload function:
1) When trying to upload the document I have provided below, I get the following message:
     "Invalid procedure call or argument". It uploads part of the file and then throws this error.
2) The uploading of files is very slow.
     I am uploading from my PC to a local server in the same office
     The server is NOT behind a firewill
     A 300k files takes about 40 seconds
     Is this a normal speed for this application?

Note: I am using Cute Editor for ASP version 3.0
