When someone cut and pastes to the cuteeditor, I get <p> tags everywhere. Is there any way for that to stop happening?

 

Also I have a basic cuteeditor with nothing on it. But I would like the ability for people to put in bullets. Is there a way to put that the bullets in the toolbar only.
