just i want to change the value of "cuteChatServiceUrlBase" so i am not able to to change  the value bcoz

 

You can set default value of Web service Url by editng LiveSupport.exe.config file.
<add key="CuteChatServiceUrlBase" value="http://yoursite.com"/>

 

i not able to view/finc "LiveSupport.exe.config" file in my virtual directory. Other files are ok ....

 

so pls let me know, i have to download or i missed this file....
