Thanks for the sample code. Please could you provide some very brief documentation on how to set this up - I want to use a custom button to display files from an SQL database.

 

I already have an ASPX page to display the images available from the database. I just don't know which of your sample files to save where, and I can't see any documentation in the ZIP file.

 

I'm sure many people would find this useful.
