I used the chat feature for the first time yesterday.  There were 3 of us in the room.  I would say that 25% of the things that we typed never showed up in the chat area.  You could see that we were typing but when you hit enter nothing showed up.  We were all using FireFox.  I thought maybe that was the problem so I switched to IE.  It was a little better but there were still dropped messages.  Any idea what is going on and how I can fix this?  As it is now, it's frustrating and useless.  No one wants to retype every 3rd line.
