Its a rather complex page, so I will just show you how to get to it. Go to http://gamestreet.dynu.com/gamestreet and click on "signup" at the top. Create an account, login, and to to the "My Profile -> Customize Page" section. You will see the editors on the page and the "add another section to this zone" link which is causing it. The submit button also does it at the bottom, but the page still posts back, the link buttons fail to post back. I also have some atlas functionality on the page, would that interfere with it at all?
