I am encountering a problem with file uploads using CuteSoft Editor 5.0.  I am getting a request object rror 'ASP 0104-80004005' Operation Not Allowed error that refers to the file /include_upload.asp line 32.  I have already increased the limit of the AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed entry in the metabase.xml file.  This change corrected the problem on my development server but not on my production server.  I have twice rebooted the production server with the change.  Any suggestions?
