Is it possible to have an ImageInsert button which when clicked accesses the users hard drive for an image to insert? Or do i have to use an uploader control to upload the image and then the user is allowed to insert the image?

Dear customer,

 

If you insert image in CuteEditor, just need to upload an image in Insert Image or Image Gallery toolbar,

then user can select the image your uploaded.

So am i correct in saying if a user wants to add their own images i have to have another way of uploading the images to the directory and once uploaded this would allow them to select the image from Cute Editor?

I think you can set CuteEditor's image path for every user,

then user can upload image to his/her  own folder and insert in to CuteEditor.
