Spell check modifing hyperlink

    Spell check is changing the hyperlinks to lower case. This is a problem for us in some scenarios b/c some links have case sensitive values in their query string.
     
    How do I fix this?

    We have fixed this issue in the latest version. Please download the latest version and try again.

    Ken, I tried updating, and the issue is still there.
     
    In fact I can also reproduce the same with the online demo on your site at http://www.cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx.
     
    If you paste the link, http://www.CUTESOFT.net/example/general.aspx and then run the spell check, it changes it to http://www.cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx.
     
    Please let me know when it's really corrected.

    The demo page  http://www.cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx works fine for me. I tested on IE9, Firefox3.6.12 and chrome 15.0.874.106 m, all works fine.
     
    Can you clean the browser cache and try again?
     
    I attached a flash movie to shows my test steps.

    Hi Ken

    The problem is still there. The issue is that it actually changes the href in the link tag in html. Also, you have to actually use the Editor, and hit ignore to the suggesstions. Once it's finished, if you go and look at the "HTML" tab  in the editor, you will see that the link in href has been changed to lower case.

    Yes, it change the property value to lower case.  I've logged it. And will report to our development team. Once issue is resolved, I will keep you posted.

    Hi Ken,

     

    Has this issue been addressed or will it be soon?

     

    We  also need to preserve mixed casing in our href values.  They include system IDs that have been Base64 encoded, which produces case sensitive AlphaNumeric strings.  Converting the entire URL to lower case changes the values of the encoded IDs.

     

    Any status update on this would be appreciated.
