    Safari on Mac OS Lion - tag @import

    In Safari browser (version 5.1.4) on Mac OS Lion editor is putting an @import tag after saving content.

    Here is an example

    We've already tried removing link line in indicated in this post, but it didn´t work.

    Our version of Cute Editor is 6.6.0.0

    Thanks in advance,

    Re: Safari on Mac OS Lion - tag @import

    Hello,

    We've tried your demo page, and the problem didn't  occurr.

    So we downloaded cute editor again and realized that, althoug the date whas from 2011, the dll date is from february. Tried this new dll and the problem did't hapenned in the safari version we've indicated, but It gives an alert saying "Error" and editor doesn't load.

    Thanks,

    Re: Safari on Mac OS Lion - tag @import

    Hi monicapinto,

    You need to replace the "CuteSoft_Client" folder too. Then try the example page below

    <%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="True" %>
    <%@ Register TagPrefix="CE" Namespace="CuteEditor" Assembly="CuteEditor" %>
    <html>
    <body>
        <form id="Form1" runat="server">
            <CE:Editor ID="editor1" runat="server">
            </CE:Editor>
        </form>
    </body>
    </html>

    Regards,

    Hi Challand,

    Can you let your client test on demo http://www.cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx? Does it get the same problem? If the demo works for you client, please download the latest version and try again.

    Latest version downloads http://www.cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/21904/download.aspx

    Re: Safari on Mac OS Lion - tag @import

    Okay, on first test downloading the new version seems to have fixed the issue. Now where is the setting to change the dialog popups so they do not show behind my Modal Popup Extender?

    Thanks!

    Re: Safari on Mac OS Lion - tag @import

    HI Challand,

    You can change the Z-Index of the dialog to a large value then try again.

    1. Open file  "CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Scripts\Constant.js"

    2. Find section below and change the 8888 to a large value.

    editorconstant.DialogZIndex=8888;

    Regards,

    Re: Safari on Mac OS Lion - tag @import

    I had done that previously and it did not work in all cases (Firefox was the issue if I remember) and there was another place to change it to use standard dialog boxes (or something like that). Is this documented somewhere?

    Hi Challand,

    Yes, set UseStandardDialog to true.

        <CE:Editor ID="editor1" runat="server" UseStandardDialog="true">
            </CE:Editor>

    Re: Safari on Mac OS Lion - tag @import

    Okay, so I updated the CuteEditor directory and the .dll files and my client is still getting the Error? message. What can be done to resolve this once and for all?
