I find it really hard to customise the form at all. The current problems I have at the moment is if the file names are too long then you cannot see the status of the file (upload successfully etc), therefore I tried to figure out to limit the filename characters shown but havn't had success.

 

Another problem is the list of currently uploaded files cannot be reset therefore when upload more files the list doesn't go on and on. I've tried binding a onclick event on the upload button to clear the table but the uploader blocks it somhow.

 

Can anyone tell me how they have customised their forms? and how to achieve my targets above.

Go on that demo and upload a file, then upload another. The old filename on the list is still on the list. This is what i want to prevent... list buildup.
