hi cute team

i'm using the latest build CE 6.6 and asp.net 2.0 health monitoring enabled.

from times to times recieve an error from the health monitroning just as follows:

Status : 503 / Service Unavailable

theme setting is set to "Office2007" for this instance...

Dear transresult,

Please check whether file "\CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Themes\Office2007\dialog.css" is existing in your server.

hi eric,

thanks for your reply.

the file http://www.xxx.de/controls/cuteeditor66/themes/office2007/dialog.css is (and was) present in this applicationinstance

the error is thrown "from time to time". not everytime ceditor is instanced!

aný suggestions?

Hi transresult,

If your site online? If so, can you show me the steps to reproduce this issue?

I know the error is thrown "from time to time", but we need to know which action to activate this error to find out the result.

hi ken,

yes, its a productive site. please write me an email so that i can give you an account for accessing this site.

(its a pretty famous site in germany)

bejond that, i can reconfigure healthmonitoring in this site, so that you get the error notification emailed if this error occurs.

PS: the error occured today 4 times. (always with chome.)

i gave you an account for an productive environment and configured healthmonitoring to eric@cutesoft a month ago

you should have recieved a couple of asp.net health monitoring emails?!

any progress on that issue?
