    No images displayed

    I downloaded the gallery about 2 weeks ago (< 1 month) and it was working fine.  Now I find that it's not displaying any images on my local dev site.  Even the cutesoft.net demo page doesn't show any images.  I thought that perhaps the demo license I had was expired but with the web site not showing any either I'm not sure that's what the problem is.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or has seen this before?

    Update: I just tried on another PC and the images on the website display correctly, so it's clearly something to do with the setup on my laptop.  Interestingly the problem is there in Firefox 3.6, IE8, and Safari, so not browser specific.  IE8 also reports this - related?

    Re: No images displayed

    Dear ridgeback,

    Please check the path of gallery folder,  the default gallery folder is "GalleryFiles", in download package, you can find this folder, some image files and  configuration files can be found in this folder. When you open dotnetgallery, it will display these image files. Please check whether you have removed image files in gallery folder, if all image files have been removed in gallery folder, no image files will be displayed in gallery.
    You can change gallery folder path in web.config, please open web.config,
    You will find:
     <!-- <add key="DotNetGalleryFolder" value="~/GalleryFiles/" /> -->
    You can uncomment it and change it to your own folder.

    Regards,
    Eric

    Eric -

    Thanks for the response.  This problem manifests itself from your website as well as my own development version, so it can't be something in my local config.  This is what I see in Firefox, it's the same in IE8 and Safari:

    OK, I actually just discovered what the problem is and you might want to add to your FAQ.  I have Kaspersky Internet  Security installed and had the option for 'Anti Banner' activated: "Blocks advertisements presented as banners on websites and user interfaces of some applications".  I deactivated that option and the gallery works fine.

    Thanks!
    J.
