How do I make use of the nickname as the default "name" for the operators when they are chatting with customers. I don't want to display their username in the dialog.

Are you using standalone or Live Support integrated version?

Hi,

I am using the standalone version. The Operator version is 5.1.0.0 . However it is now working ;-). I guess the nickname took effect after a short while...

OK... how do you change the name from the login name to a nickname in CLS???

Please open global.asax file and modify the following function:

public static bool GetUserInfo(string loginName,ref string nickName,ref string password,ref bool isAdmin)
