Dynamic editor height

Hi,

Sorry for bumping this, but no-one seemed to answer in the other thread I had opened. I have previously been given the following link on how to dynamically adjust the editor height according to its contents:

However, this page gives some javascript errors and doesn't work. Can someone please fix this and reply?
