I have license key but not able to use Messenger or chat

    I have license key but not able to use Messenger or chat

    We have installed Cutechat application and updated license file in "Bin" folder there is two files named "cutechat.lic","cutemessenger.lic". We have replaced that license file.

    When we are using chat room and try to send message we got following error:

     http://www.intellipodcast/chat/cutesoft_cleint/Cutechat/Loadscripts.aspx, 3227
     (chatclient.placename||"").toLowerCase is not a function window_error

    After uploading new chat license file now it gets error  for tiral version license file.
     
    Please do needfull . We need this urgently

    Please email me Karen@CuteSoft.net so I can give you a new license file to try out. For any temp license files given out, I'd usually note in the email saying it's temp explicitly. Official license files shouldn't expire at all. Please note: Chat/MSG and LiveSupport v3/v4 license fies are not inter-changable. Mix up of v3/v4 license files can cause license problems
