Automatic sales invitation

We have a web shop on our web site. If a visitor get to our "thank you" page, then I know that the visitor has fullfilled a sale. But if the visitor leave the web shop, then we know that something is wrong. Is it possible to set up a automatic invitation to a visitor that leave the web shop? If I can get to "talk/chat" with the visitor, the sale would probably be a reality, but now they just "fly" away. Is it possible to set up an automatic invitation in v1?

Stein,

In the onunload event, you can check your own business logic and the operator is online or not.

If the operator is online and you want to send an invitation, you can load a invitation image to the client.

When the client clicks this image, you redirect the client to the following window:

Thanks for your feedback Adam, but I think you lost me for bit there. When you say that I can check for different stuff at the Unload Event, are you then talking about some tool/setting in your software or in some other software. I have to ask since I'm not a programmer by trade.

Please use the JavaScript onunload Event.

This event occurs when a user exits a page.
