    Operator not connecting to localhost

I have no problem starting the Live Support Operator application and logging on to our live site, but I just can't get it to connect to the development site on my localhost.
I have changed the website url in the config file, in the actual textbox and even in the registry. Still, I keep  getting the popup below:

    Hi:

What CuteChat version does your developerment PC use ? v3 or v4?

Are you sure the SupportService.asmx is at the http://localhost/imperialcarrental/livesuport/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/ ?

Re: Operator not connecting to localhost

    We are using v4.

I found the problem though. I looked to see that the SupportService.asmx file was in the right directory and noticed that it was, but that for some reason it was excluded (was renamed SupportService.asmx.exclude).

This must have happened when I opened the support site in Visual Studio 2008 as part of the migration process.

Anyway. I droppped the .exclude extension and viola!

    Thanks for the pointer.
