IMG tags do not display in editor using FireFox 2.0?

The following code displays the 'embedded' images within the editor perfectly on our ASP.NET site using IE6, but in Firefox all that shows are three icons that indicate the files are not found or cannot be rendered. Can you tell me what, if anything, needs to be done differently when targeting Firefox to get this to work? Thanks.

As I indicated, the same page accessed from IE6 displays the images, so the images do exist. The problem is when the same page is accessed from Firefox 2.0.0.8 for Windows these images are not rendered.

Additional information: I created a blank .aspx page and just dropped this HTML into that page. Firefox does display these images in that page correctly, so this is obviously an issue with the editor.

Which version of Cute Editor are you using?

Is there any way you can reproduce this issue in the following example?

Adam,

We are currently on 5.3. We were planning to upgrade to 6.0 later in the year, unless there is a reason (like this issue?) to upgrade now. Your example displays the images OK on Firefox here, the only difference I see is the specification of the path of the image.

If you have a test website (let's call it 'TEST') which contains an .aspx page in which the editor is defined, can you recreate our problem by putting, for instance, a .jpg file (TESTFILE.JPG) into the root folder of the website, putting the following HTML into your editor and then viewing that page through Firefox?

<div><img src="\TEST\TESTFILE.JPG" border="1" height="200" width="200"></div>

The following HTML code is not correct.

You need to replace the back slash (\) with forward slash (/).

That looks like the problem, thanks. IE handles either one, but Firefox apparently requires the forward slash.
