This is on my windows 2003 box running IIS.   I have a big issue with missing message that my users experience so i tried a test myself.   I typed in rapid succession test 1 thru test 15, in the image below you can see that a few of my messages are missing.   Anyone have any ideas about this?   I'll provide the link if you need it to my chat program.

How did you set up the Flood Control?

Set how many messages in how many seconds constitutes a flood. Defalult: 5 messages / 10 seconds.

I left it as default, but normally in flood control it would give you a warning saying your flooding.
