Hi there,

I have downloaded the Cute Chat and Web Messenger standalone version 2.1 Free trial, i can create rooms etc fine, when i try to connect to a chat room i get the following error.

server side CuteSoft.Chat.ChatLicenseException:
CuteSoft.Chat.ChatLicenseException: Check CuteChat General License Failed : Access is denied.

at ae.b(EnumChatLicense A_0, String A_1)
at ae.a()
at CuteSoft.Chat.ChatApi.CHSync(ChannelRequest request)
at CuteSoft.Chat.DynamicAssembly.ServiceLayerChatApiDecoratorProxy.CHSync_InterceptedCall(ChannelRequest request)
at CuteSoft.Chat.DynamicAssembly.WebLayerChatApiDecoratorProxy.CHSync_InterceptedCall(ChannelRequest request)
at CuteSoft.Chat.ChatRaneService.CHSync(ChannelRequest request)

Thanks for the reply, tried that and still no luck. Looks like we may have tried your free trial on that development server about 6 months ago, I imagine that is the issue?

hmmm same issue with that license. I tried running the trial on my local machine and it runs fine so must be a permission/security setting somewhere?
