Upgrade from 3.0

When upgrading from Cutesoft for ASP 3.0 do I upgrade to the 4.0 and in turn get 4.2?

The latest version is 4.2.

You can upgrade to the version 4.2 directly.

Would the upgrade price for the Server Lic. be $100 still or do I follow the guidelines posted for a new purchase of $199?
