ver 4 questions

I looked in the "Whats New" section but did not find much. Does the new, v4.0, allow pasting in html with named anchors? Does it allow specifying a style sheet for the editor other than the one for the page the editor is on?

Is there a way to know whether I have a server or a domain license?

Yes.

Yes.

EditorWysiwygModeCss

Specifies the location of the style sheet that will be used by the editable area.
Multiple Style Sheets are supported.

Example:

'Specify whether the content is readonly editor.EditorWysiwygModeCss = "example.css,~/portal.css,/default.css"
