Hi Everyone,

I've been encountering an issue with the Image Gallery within the CuteEditor for .NET.

When I fire up the  Image Gallery, the directory is retrieved but the thumbnails cannot be generated.

I right-clicked on the image to follow the path and found that the handler encountered an error. It reported that the file is not found. However, when I call out the absolute link of the image, the image can be displayed.

Can anyone assist me with the issue?

It like that you are using the old version, can you download the latest build and try again?

Latest build download url: http://cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/21904/download.aspx

Delete the dll files and the whole "CuteSoft_Client" folder, then use the new one.

by the way, can you show me what path you set for the gallery store folder setting?

Thanks for your advice. I downloaded  the package you provided, replaced the DLLs and CuteSoft_Client folder. Unfortunately, the gallery component still behaves the same.

Below is what I set for the security config files.

      <!-- Insert Image Dialog -->
      <security name="ImageBrowserPath">~/cmsresource</security>
      <security name="MediaGalleryPath">~/cmsresource</security>
      <security name="FlashGalleryPath">~/cmsresource</security>
      <security name="TemplateGalleryPath">~/templates</security>
      <security name="FilesGalleryPath">~/cmsresource</security>

cmsresource is a virtual folder I set within IIS. The real disk location is not within the application folder. Permissions wise, I have gone to the extreme of setting "Everyone" with full control just for the test.

Apologies. We did a investigation into the other parts of the application codes interacting with the CuteSoft Editor and discovered that it was due to some security settings performed within the application that had blocked the ashx from executing correctly. So sorry for letting you put your time into this!
