Client side save capture not working

from 4.0.0.7 to 4.5 my clint side capture is not working :(

either is my RichEdit.FullPage = true;

and i can't seem to set my ConfigurationPath="~/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Configuration/mycustom.config"

Any ideas on the client side save capture

Your example that I posted above still doesn't seem to work for me.
