Problem: Unable to upload in IE9 from outside my internal network. Looks like it has to do with Flash add on.

I am uploading a 290MB file. It freezes when progress bar is between 70% and 95% complete
I am using IE9 on Win2008R2 computer. IE has minimal addons - Flash, AdobeReader and MSXML.
Workarounds for this behavior
Workaround 1. If I revert to compatibility mode it works fine
Workaround 2. If I disable Flash addon it works fine

Note: it also works fine with other browsers (FF and Chrome)

Conclusion: problem in IE 9 with Flash add on.  (IE9 uses latest Flash version 11.x)

Does happens with large file? How about the samll files? get the same issue?

 

Please try this link http://www.ajaxuploader.com/Demo/Large-File-Upload.aspx?UploadType=Flash, it load as flash upload mode and support large file upload too. Does it work with your IE 9 browser?

 

And please check the large file upload settings from http://www.ajaxuploader.com/FAQ.htm#16, "How do I handle a large file upload?" and "IIS7 and large files" sections. ensure that the settings are correct.

Small upload (7MB) worked fine 

Also uploading the 290MB to your test site worked fine (http://www.ajaxuploader.com/Demo/Large-File-Upload.aspx?UploadType=Flash,)

Conclusion. I will look at your sample code and move forward from here, using some browser detection to determine the Uploader settings
