After downloading CE v4.5, I have a couple of questions:

 

1)  The second "Insert Image" dialog box does not display larger enough to display the "Insert" button.  This is confusing for some of my clients.  Any thought why the dialog box does not display showing the "Insert" button?

2)  The "Template" dialog box is empty.  Any clues?

3)  You mentioned that you would add an enhancement in the next version to display the "font" and "size" to help the user determine the font/sizes used throughout the document.

I am sorry. This feature is not available in the version 4.5. We will add this in the next release.
